One of the first channels on YouTube, Smosh has established itself as a comedy powerhouse since joining the platform in 2005. After almost two decades of comedy skits and improv, the channel has grown to 26.7 million subscribers and recruited former Disney stars like Damien Haas to their cast, who ReedPop is pleased to welcome to this October’s show. His first big role was as Damien Johanssen in The Disney Channel’s So Random!, and he has since gone on to lend his voice to numerous video games and TV shows. His most recent role is as the lead character, Laios in the 2024 animated Netflix Series, Delicious in Dungeon. Maurice LaMarche: Maurice is the voice of Zapp Brannigan’s downtrodden sidekick, Kif Kroker, soap acting robot, Calculon, and belligerent alien news anchor, Morbo, in the classic animated sci-fi sitcom, Futurama. He joins fellow cast member and voice of Fry, Billy West at MCM Comic Con x EGX this October. Maurice is also recognised for his voice acting work in films such as Space Jam, Frozen, Zootopia and Wreck it Ralph. Included for free for Saturday and Weekend Pass ticket holders, Damien Haas will also be appearing on the Live Stage at 11:20am Saturday 26 October for a special spotlight. In his spotlight, Damien will discuss his career in gaming, comedy and acting, and will share stories from his time at Smosh, Fire Emblem and Delicious in Dungeon. Visitors will also be treated to a Futurama reunion panel on the Main Stage, Saturday 26 October at 12:45pm, included for free with Saturday and Weekend Pass tickets. Maurice LaMarche and Billy West will take the audience across the universe and behind the scenes of this fan favourite series.
