Book Novotel Hotel David Tennant confirmed for MCM Comic Con Banzai Japan Music Video This year’s MCM Comic Con in London is set to welcome a Time Lord, as it has been confirmed that David Tennant will be appearing. This year’s event runs from Friday 23rd May to Sunday 25th May, and Tennant will be appearing on the Saturday, featuring in his own spotlight session and being available for signing and photo opportunities. Tennant is, of course, known as both the Tenth and Fourteenth Doctor in Doctor Who, as well as for his roles in shows such as Good Omens, Rivals, Broadchurch, Staged and Jessica Jones. Tennant will also soon be seen in The Hack, a seven-part ITV drama about the phone hacking scandal, in which he plays investigative journalist Nick Davies. Banzai Japan Music Video The actor said of the series while speaking on the Off Menu podcast with James Acaster and Ed Gamble: “I’m playing a journalist who sort of broke the case open, and there’s just a lot of quite technical stuff. “And obviously you have to be very specifically on that, because there’s a lot of lawyers watching to make sure you don’t say the wrong thing.” He added: “That was quite a long shoot and that was very intense. But you then do something like that and you’re very proud to be part of something like that, it’s one of the stories of our time that needs telling.” In February, it was also confirmed that Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Stephanie Beatriz would be appearing at MCM Comic Con this May, appearing at a spotlight panel in which she will share never-heard-before behind-the-scenes information about her projects. Other stars to have already been announced as attending include PlayStation’s Miles Morales Nadji Jeter, as well as stars from Star Wars: The Bad Batch and Power Rangers. Running across three seasons from 2005 to 2008, Avatar The Last Airbender captured the imagination of children and adults alike, as viewers followed Aang’s journey to master all four elements and save the world from domination by the fire nation. Along the way, Aang and his friends, Sokka, Katara and Toph struggled to overcome the immense pressure placed upon them whilst also navigating the challenges of adolescence, making for a truly timeless story. Natural Six is a UK-based actual play video series featuring the video game performers and personalities Harry McEntire, Ben Starr, Hollie Bennett, Alex Jordan, Doug Cockleand Aoife Wilson. Book Novotel Hotel The winner of the MCM Scholarship will be granted free entry for all three days of MCM Comic Con x EGX, a three night stay at a hotel near ExCeL London and a cash prize of £500. The winner will also receive a bespoke itinerary based on their career goals, but will also be free to explore the show as they please. Banzai Japan Music Video MCM Comic Con x EGX is the perfect place for young creatives to launch their careers, as the show will be packed full of leaders in creative fields and opportunities to learn from, and connect with them. MCM Comic Con x EGX makes supporting future talent a priority, through the MCM Creator Clinic and EGX Career Fair, which allow attendees to get face to face with potential employers and have their portfolios reviewed by seasoned professionals in everything from game development to voice acting.
